DENPASAR – Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center, the biggest convention facilities in the area, recently awarded the Highest iAudit Score Food & Beverage Service 2018 by Archipelago International, a leading Indonesia-based hospitality management company.
The iAudit held twice a year to 130+ hotels managed by Archipelago International, and the auditor was Made Sumardika – West & East Area Corporate F&B Manager. The main aim of it are, to follow and implement the standards set by Archipelago International, both in terms of service standards, cleanliness, and tidiness in the area of food and beverage.
The main assessment to win in the iAudit are, restaurant with buffet service, ala carte service, BAR, room service, banquet service, manager role, grooming, and Food & Beverage Golden Rules. And Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center meets all of those categories, therefore, they got score 97.26% on the first iAudit on June 12th, 2018 and 98% score on the second process on August 28th, 2018.
