Aston Kuta Hotel & Residence Strengthens Its CSR Activities This Ramadan

JAKARTA – In spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Aston Kuta together with Archipelago International, a leading Indonesia-based hospitality management company, has revealed details of the Ramadan CSR efforts, which involved various different activities supported by over 500 corporate and hotel staff from more than 135 hotels under the portfolio of Archipelago International.

The first saw the hotel group teamed up with more than 100 hotels under its portfolio to collect and distribute over 500-metre of prayer mats to several areas across the country, such as Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua and some other areas. Furthermore, the hotel staff in various cities also gathered together for a clean up activity at the mosques and their surrounding areas to enhance the serenity and spiritual ambience during praying time and other activities during Ramadan period.

“Ramadan is a time for reflection and for giving. Our CSR campaign always aims to encourage and foster that humanitarian and volunteering spirit, and show our appreciation to the community that we live in. This big project is thrilling and beyond expectations, seeing the enthusiasm and the generosity of the Corporate team and hotels in reaching out and assisting the preparation to the distribution and cleaning day.
