Freshly sourced and authentically prepared by our highly skilled chef. The four variants of Indonesian soup are being created to enhance the rich flavors of premium meat and Indonesian herbs.
The four variants of Soto Nusantara that will delight you are: Soto Bandung – a clear beef soup that has pieces of white radish and served with fried soybeans. Soto Tangkar is another soup from Betawi/ Jakarta, Tangkar means beef ribs and that’s the main ingredient which has yellow coconut milk and combined with tender beef and chips. Soto Ayam Madura – made from chicken in a yellowish transparent broth served with boiled eggs and potato chips. Soto Banjar – Kalimantan’s chicken soup with its rich spices and boiled eggs and served with potato cake as its trademark.
“An additional of those dishes, fried ice cream will be served as the dessert, and it will cost you for only IDR 60.000 nett/ soup. Soto Nusantara can be enjoyed at Jempiring Restaurant until end of June 2019. Last but not least, our mixologist has created a Toya Rupa, such as Betawi – a thick and creamy drink made from tamarillo, mango, vanilla, and blended with ice cubes. Geulis – a frefeshing drink made from papaya, dragon fruit, melon, lychee, hazelnut, and mixed with a little soda water and ice cube.
