DENPASAR– Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center was recently awarded as 4-star hotel by PT. QIS Certi Indonesia, a tourism business certification institute which is directly appointed by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism.
The award was given directly by Liliyanti Suharti, Marketing Executive of PT. QIS Certi Indonesia. The main aimed of the certification is to ensure the guest satisfaction through the quality standard of products, services, and management in all-star rated hotels in Bali and Indonesia. The assessment system refers to SNI ISO / IEC 17021-1: 2015, to audit the quality of human resources performance, as well as the continuity of overall operational procedures, both in terms of facilities, services, and including the company’s management system and food.
“We have successfully demonstrated effective implementation of all standards assessed so that the audit process was successfully completed in October 2019.
