KUTA – The Patra Bali Resort & Villas has verified the implementation of the New Era of Life Order Protocol on July 28, 2020. This verification is in preparation for the reopening of this 5 star hotel in the Tuban Kuta area for domestic and foreign tourists.
Verification activities were carried out by the Bali Province New Era Life Order Protocol Verification Team in the Field of Accommodation such as Ni Luh Putu Yati Artini, CHA, I Gede Putu Hendra Mahena, Sang Putu Eka Pertama, SE, Ak. CA, MM, and Ketut Swastika accompanied by the Bali Tourism Office team, A.A. Wife of Vera Laksmi.
The verification process was carried out with the aim of ensuring the readiness of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas in implementing the New Era of Life Order Protocol on July 28, 2020. Some aspects that were verified included product aspects; Service and management in FO section; Services and management in the Housekeeping section; Management of Management; Kitchen Management; Restaurant service and management.
Suwardi, General Manager of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas said this verification can provide confidence to customers both at home and abroad about the readiness of Bali, especially The Patra Bali Resort & Villas in implementing the New Era Life Order Protocol which prioritizes Cleanliness, Health and Safety both for visiting guests and employees.
In particular he added that the resort, which has 228 rooms, has also set up new SOPs in all departments of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas. Which of course has been through the training process so that it can be run as best as possible in accordance with the New Era of Life Order Protocol.
With the possession of a certificate from the New Era of Life Order Protocol Verification, The Patra Bali is ready to operate again on August 1, 2020 to welcome domestic and foreign tourists. *
