UBUD, BALI – Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve presents Sawah Terrace Sunday Brunch featuring the finest local delicacies in conjunction with the resort’s 7th anniversary. Under the helm of Executive Chef Bayu Retno Timur, the all-day-dining restaurant offers a new culinary experience every Sunday, starting from 21 August from 12.30pm – 3.30pm.
To enrich guests’ tasty journey, the culinary team prepares live stations in the buffet such as Tuna Gohu (Ternate’s ceviche), Sop Buntut (Oxtail soup), Nasi Campur (Indonesian rice bowls with condiment), Babi Guling (Balinese suckling pig), Beef Konro (Makassar’s slow roasted beef striploin), BBQ Jimbaran-style and local desserts, along with pass-around delicacies.
Guest can relish in the authentic flavors of the Indonesian archipelago and find their favorites from the salad bar, hot pots, live station char grilled, and house specialties. For a taste of nostalgia that is bound to bring them down memory lane, they can go to the dessert corner like es dawet nangka, es serut, martabak manis, and traditional Indonesian sweets.
The price is IDR 650.000++/person including iced water, coffee, and tea.
