UBUD, BALI – Kappa Senses Ubud is thrilled to announce the unveiling of Kokokan Restaurant as semi-gastronomy experience restaurant. Meticulously curated, these cuisines at Kokokan will be the new favorites of the discerning travelers and Bali’s gastronomy enthusiasts.
Kokokan restaurant, Ubud’s newest upscale and elevated dining experience venue, will delight the guests’ palates with delectable cuisine presented in a captivating fashion, its rich flavors will heighten the senses and offer an out of the or- dinary dining experience.
Menu highlights include locally sourced poached oyster on basil jelly, tomato sherbet basil touch, mint and spices mango caviar, shallot pickles on crispy sourdough, seaweed in iced steam for appetizer option, Haeberlin specialty: roasted pigeon stuffed dordogne duck liver in Bali kale, truffle juice, mousseline of baby potatoes, and caramelized baby fane as one of the favorite main dishes; and Blackcurrant stuffed chocolate dome, choco truffle, blackcurrant sherbet for dessert, and many more tantalizing dishes. Kokokan offers à la carte option or degustation menus of 3, 4 and 6 courses, with or without wine pairing.
Kokokan has indoor and outdoor seating areas that accommodate 30 intimate indoor seating and 16 outdoor seating exposed to the rice paddy field view. Each of them highlights a different, enchanting ambiance. Kokokan also boasts a Bar serving unique concoctions by creative and experienced mixologist ready to serve sundowner, aperitif, or nightcap of your choice
Operating daily from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. This area is ideal for an ambient sunset session, and even more charming in the evening when you can catch a rare glimpse of fireflies.
