BALI, ULTIMOPARADISO.COM – Longtime Bali is set to host a first of its kind chef collaboration on Sunday, 8 December, from 1 to 4 PM, uniting five of New Zealand’s finest culinary talents who are redefining Bali’s vibrant food scene in one space. This one-day-only event will feature a meticulously curated 10-course menu, designed to showcase the unique expertise and signature styles of chefs Lance Muller from FuHouse, Jethro Vincent and Geoffrey Aidan from Bokashi, Tim Stapleforth from Ghost, and Longtime’s very own Executive Chef, TylerPreston.
The event, aptly named The BroLab, promises an unforgettable long lunch brimming with vibrant flavours and reimagined culinary classics. Each chef will present two of their most beloved and celebrated snacks, resulting in a collaborative menu that exemplifies their creativity and passion.
Highlights include Ghost’s smoked ocean trout sando with dill gribiche, native herbs, and Tip-Top bread, and Bokashi’s octopus croquette with takoyaki sauce and house-made katsuobushi. Guests can also look forward to FuHouse’s rendang doughnut paired with fermented hot sauce and Longtime’s scallop and prawn tostada with kimchi mayo, alongside a
cumin lamb bao served with green tomato and mint salsa.
“This is the first of many chef collaborations we plan to host at Longtime, and I couldn’t be more excited to kick things off with some of the best talents here on the island—and my good mates,” says Chef Tyler Preston, who is leading the event with his signature creative flair and dedication to Bali’s evolving culinary scene.
Tickets for this event are priced at IDR 490k++ per person, which includes the full 10-course dining experience. Seating is limited, making it essential to book early to secure a spot at this unique celebration of flavour, innovation, and camaraderie.
