The event took place on Friday, 29 November 2024, from 4 PM to 7 PM, offering guests an unforgettable immersion into Bali’s culinary traditions and cultural artistry.

Guided by Executive Chef Wayan Artika of Pullman Bali Legian Beach, participants explored the techniques and secrets behind three iconic Balinese dishes—Dadar Gulung, Sate Lilit, and Balinese Chicken Curry.
Using fresh, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients, this hands-on cooking experience offered attendees a deeper connection to the island’s vibrant culinary heritage.
As the evening progressed, the event transformed into a sensory feast. Guests savored the dishes they prepared while enjoying the soothing melodies of Balinese Rindik music. The night became enchanting with a spectacular Kecak dance performance, where dramatic storytelling and rhythmic chants wove together an enthralling experience. To heighten the celebration, free-flowing Balinese Arak-based cocktails added a lively and festive atmosphere.
