BALI – The Bali Provincial Government through the Bali Provincial Tourism Office and regencies and cities in Bali has officially opened the Covid19 vaccination registration for all tourism workers in Bali.
Head of the Bali Tourism Office I Putu Astawa when confirmed in Denpasar, Tuesday (23/2/2021) explained that the opening of the Covid19 vaccination registration for all tourism workers in Bali was carried out after receiving direction from the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga S. Uno in several previous meetings.
“We received a direction from the minister. He said that tourism in Bali must immediately revive. One of them is that all workers must become a priority for vaccines. This is also one of the world’s beliefs that all tourism workers in Bali have been vaccinated,” he said.
According to Astawa, after receiving these directions, his party held a meeting with all tourism stakeholders in Bali from associations, hotels, restaurants, GIPI, destinations and so on. In total there are 48 stakeholders. During the meeting, it was explained that tourism workers were one of the priorities for vaccines in Bali.
After conducting the official meeting, Disparda Bali sent an official letter through 48 tourism stakeholders to forward it to its members and employees. The letter was signed by the Head of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office I Putu Astawa on February 22, 2021. “We are only carrying out the ministerial direction. Regarding how to get a vaccine, the minister promised to lobby at the center so that Bali tourism workers also get priority vaccines to maintain world confidence so they can come to Bali, “he said.
Astawa also explained that registration was carried out officially through the link www.dispardabali-vaksin.com. Registration is carried out for the next week until February 28, 2021. The number is unlimited. Because whatever number will be reported to the center. Registration must be complete according to the application that has been prepared. Data must be by name by address, by NIK and include the company or place where the person concerned works.
All tourism workers are entitled to get the Covid19 vaccine without exception, from Top Managers to gardeners or cleaning services. “The question of the number is not limited. If the first stage is not covered, the second batch will be opened. Because the vaccine will be carried out in two stages. Whatever the quota is, we will report it to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy,” he said.***
