BALI, ULTIMOPARADISO – Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort, a 5-star resort under the brand Marriott International, is hosting its first event in 2021. The event, titled Social Tables, with the concept of
meet and greet, was designed with the intention of inviting Balinese people to say hello to each other after
a long period of approaching the pandemic that impact on people’s travel and vacation restrictions.
In the current situation, people often refrain from leaving their homes for comfort and safety. Courtyard
Bali Nusa Dua Resort, a resort that has received CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental
Sustainability) certification, has designed the event area in an open-space area so that the public can
comfortably meet and greet. To this end, strict health protocols have been put in place, starting with the
use of the Peduli Lindungi application, availability of hand sanitizers, and avoidance of paper money
transactions as tickets and limiting the distance between tables.
The event, which was held on Sunday, November 14, also invited well-known brands from the food and
beverage sector as main sponsors, such as Bintang Indonesia, Hatten Wines, Dilmah Tea Indonesia, PT. Suli
Hartha Perkasa, Nusantara Cold Brew, Vibe and Redbull Indonesia.
Delly Nugraha, an Indonesian mixology artist who has won many awards in Asia, presented a tropical themed cocktail. On a cloudy afternoon, DJ Wilson’s great performance with Dody Percasso accompanied guests’ time to unwind over the weekend.
The Social Tables event opened with a warm welcome by Mr. Yudhi Lingga representing the General
Manager, who welcomed the guests and invited partner in person and shared recent experiences over
dinner. The event was held in the MoMo Café area, a restaurant at Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort that
offers a tropical atmosphere and access to the spacious main pool. Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort
appreciated the community’s interest and enthusiasm to use this spacious pool and took the initiative to
provide free access for the families to swim and play at the Kids Club.
This resort, located in the ITDC Nusa Dua area, has its own unique selling point for its main pool area.
Surrounded by tropical trees, poolside sun loungers for relaxation, there is also a special pool for toddlers
near the Kids Club, hoping that the little ones can not only be active in the water, but also in the Kids Club,
which offers a variety of hand skills to improve motoric.
After this event, the management of Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort took the initiative to
continue to provide the best-possible resort facilities for families, whether they are staying there or not. Due
to the good public response to the main pool, the management will continue the “Day Pass” promotion that
allows guests who are not staying at the hotel to use the main pool and Kids Club.
