BALI, ULTIMOPARADISO.COM – Exciting news comes from Swiss-Belhotel International. On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Swiss-Belhotel International announced the rebranding of three hotel properties in Bali as a strategic move to strengthen its presence in one of the world’s top tourist destinations. The announcement was made during a press conference held at Swiss-Belinn Seminyak.

The press conference was attended by Fabrice Mini, Regional Director of Operations & Development at PT. Swiss-Belhotel International – Indonesia; Davidson Joseph, Regional Operations Manager of Swiss-Belhotel International Indonesia; Putu Yeni Navitarini, Area Director of Sales and Marketing Leisure and International Market (Indonesia Region); and Lie Yuliantini, Cluster General Manager of Swiss-Belinn Seminyak, Swiss-Belcourt Sunset, and Swiss-Belvillas Umalas.

The rebranded hotels are Kamarkoe Hotel Seminyak, now officially Swiss-Belinn Seminyak; The Sunset Mansion, now Swiss-Belcourt Sunset; and D’sawah Villas Umalas, now Swiss-Belvillas Umalas. These hotels are located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali’s most vibrant lifestyle district, offering a contemporary atmosphere that blends modern design with the signature hospitality of Swiss-Belhotel International.

The three hotels officially became part of Swiss-Belhotel International’s brand portfolio as of April 15, 2025.

Each property was carefully selected to align with international standards, comfort, and operational excellence. The rebranding aims to position these properties as international standard three- and four-star accommodations with easy access to famous shopping destinations, popular dining spots, and Seminyak Beach.

“With the rebranding of these three Bali properties, we are reinforcing our long-term commitment to the local tourism and hospitality sector. Our goal is to enhance the guest experience by offering more accommodation options for both local and international travelers while combining our global quality standards with the unique character of each destination—infused with warm Asian spirit and Swiss professionalism,” said Emmanuel Guillard, Senior Vice President of Operations and Development, Indonesia.

Swiss-Belhotel International continues to expand its market in Indonesia and anticipates further developments across Bali and its surrounding areas. With this latest development, the group strengthens its presence across key destinations in Indonesia, offering diverse hospitality experiences tailored to the expectations of modern travelers—whether they seek vibrant city life, a serene villa getaway, or strategic access to major tourist attractions. Swiss-Belinn Seminyak, Swiss-Belvillas Umalas, and Swiss-Belcourt Sunset now serve as ideal gateways to exploring the Island of the Gods.
