DENPASAR – In celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center will be offering special dishes.
A show of pride and love for Indonesia, as well as dedication to reintroduce and promote authentic Indonesian cuisine, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center is presenting and parading its interpretations of Indonesian food at Jempiring Restaurant. “Served up from conceptual food trucks will offer Nasi Rakjat ’45, mixed rice, including Nasi Merah Putih made from brown and cassava rice with its side dishes such as sambal goreng ati, rendang sapi, telur balado, and satay sempol ayam. The satay will be served in live cooking. The menu is affordable, it cost you only Rp. 25.000 nett,”said Ady Suardi, Restaurant & Banquet Manager, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center.
